Our former sales rep with the home we built and sold stated to us that he has had to do the same cancellation, but never that close to the company’s committed closing date. We along with our agent left shocked by the way we were treated from reps of a company that boasts customer service being their priority. I feel like our building process has been extremely slow due to a lot Of mistakes.
